A Certified Cannabis Budtender is responsible for providing excellent customer service and product knowledge to customers in a retail cannabis store. They must be knowledgeable and familiar with the range of products and merchandise available, as well as the laws and regulations concerning the sale and use of cannabis. The Certified Cannabis Budtender must be able to answer customers’ questions accurately and professionally, and must be able to handle customer complaints and concerns in an effective and efficient manner.

Primary Responsibilities:
